THE ABSTRACT

1. Object of the invention: an autobalancing device.

2. Area of application: a mechanical engineering, for balancing rotors of centrifugal machines on higher critical speeds of rotations.

3. Essence of the invention: In an autobalancing device, which contains two corrective masses, which is free suspended on two nonparallel axes, perpendicular shaft, and which centers of masses do not lie on the rotation axes, with the purpose of overlapping of planes of a correction of masses, the first corrective mass is fulfilled as a half-ball, its center places on an axes of the shaft and the axes is placed outside of a half-ball on a diameter of a large circle, and second corrective mass and its axis is established inside a half-ball so, that the second rotation axis passes through a center of a half-ball. For increasing of a balance capacity of the second corrective mass, it is fulfilled as a uniform body with two identical principal moments of inertia concerning axes, which is perpendicular its rotation axis. The second corrective mass can be carried out as a semiring or half-disk, where the rotation axis is perpendicular to planes of these bodies and passes through their centers, or as a half-ball or half-sphere, where the rotation axis passes on a diameter of their large circles. The rotation axis of the second corrective mass can be located along the second diameter of a large circle of a half-ball. Then it is fulfilled as a body with identical principal moments of inertia concerning a center of a half-ball. It can be a half-ball or half-sphere, where the rotation axis passes on a diameter of their large circles.

5. Engineering outcome. The quality of balancing of a rotor is increased by overlapping of planes of a correction of two corrective masses. Simultaneously, the additional dynamic disbalance, which they have brought, is eliminated. The balance capacity of corrective masses is increased, by a modification of its forms.
